This aircraft, 151088 (VMA-211) shot down by ground fire over Hiep Duc, 20 mi W of Tam Ky Aug 11, 1967. 1st Lt. Kenneth Allen Berube failed to eject and was killed when his Skyhawk (BuNo 151088) was hit by ground fire while providing close air support near Hiep Duc.
