 Nit sure but I think this is the Battle Creek unit. The black smoke is from a cart start.  The cart is slow burn black powder for a quick wartime engine start.

Did you Know Chuck Yeager flew B57s in Vietnam

 Colonel Charles E. (Chuck) Yeager:

In July 1966 he assumed command of the 405th Fighter Wing at Clark Air Base, Republic of the Philippines. While commander of the 405th Fighter Wing he flew 127 B-57B combat missions in South Vietnam.
