How to idenify 127Th vs 191st RF-84f

Here is the answer.

Yellow nose gear fender belonged to the 191st, red nose gear fender belonged to the 127th.  Note the yellow nose tire fender.

 Interesting photo.  I believe this aircraft was used with B-36 for long range photo recon. The inverted tail plane is a give away.
