1/48 Eagle F2G-1 Super Corsair
Found these pictures on face book. 1/48 F2G-1 Super Corsair conversion. According to a lot of vacuumform builder it is an excellent kit.

Built model and photo are Joe Hegedus. Joe used the wings from the Hobbycraft Corsair kit.
Below is what Boyd Waechter has say
Here is another model I completed using War Eagle decals, the F2G-2. I built and highly modified the Special Hobby F2G kit and used the black/yellow checkered decals from Ron's vacuform F2G-2 kit. I built this model about 11 or 12 years ago before Rodney Williams let it be known through his research that the cowling was actually dark sea blue and yellow with a slightly lighter blue diamond on the cowl ring. But, at the time, what Ron did seem to fit the black and white photos of this airplane so you can't fault him (or me) for that. I coated them with some Micro Liquid Decal film and they came off the sheet and layed down perfectly, no issues whatsoever.

Lone Star model did a 1/32 scale conversion at once time. Here is the decal sheet with the colors Boyd mentions.
