Tamiya paint mixed for British Dark Green, Earth and Sky.
According to Roy Sunderland of Barrcuda decals fame. Mr Sandford's mixes are spot on. I wonsdr how the AK Real colors compare? Below is the Hurricane painted with his mix of Tamiya paint
Martin P. Sanford If I may, I'd like to pitch my mix for this: Dark Earth
4 Parts XF 52 Flat Earth
2 Parts XF 3 Flat Yellow
1 Part XF 51 Khaki Drab
1 Part XF 2 Flat White
Note on RAF Dark Earth:
If you choose to lighten this mix for RAF Dark earth for scale effect, be aware that XF-52 has a strong red component to it; we recommend not using XF-2 Flat White exclusively to lighten this mix because it will make your Dark Earth turn pink. Instead, use more warm colors to lighten this, such as XF-3 or XF-59, which will result in a more appropriate effect.
Martin P. Sanford Frank Crenshaw RAF Dark Green
Note: there are many possible variations of Dark Green from Tamiya acrylics; here are several for your consideration. XF-81 was developed at the time Tamiya released their 1/32 Spitfire IX series; It's a fairly good starting point.
1 Part XF 81 Dark Green 2 (RAF)
OR
1 Part XF 81 Dark Green 2 (RAF)
1 Part XF 73 JSDGF Dark Green
OR
4 Parts XF 81 Dark Green 2 (RAF)
1 Part XF 83 Sea Grey Medium
OR
1 Part XF 61 Dark Green
1 Part XF 65 Field Grey
1 Part XF 73 JSDGF Dark Green
1 Part XF 81 Dark Green 2 (RAF)
Hope these help.
Sky mix:
Roy Sutherland A very good mix for RAF Sky is 1.5 part Tamiya Flat White to 1 part Tamiya Sky.

1/48 Gloster Meteor by Devminatus
It looks great in the box, the cockpit is great and then it starts, over the grout, the sinking, the offset, the missing position lights and the icing in the end is the finding that the legs of the chassis are molded in a relieved position as if after takeoff. Of course, this will be noticed until the chassis has been stuck on the model so that it can be grasped, cut and lowered because it will not let the pride be left unattended and Meteor looks like a ladder.
I used the Eda plates - the floor and the seat belts, the flaps and chassis shafts, Eda resin wheels (they are stupid, do not have mirror-turned axle holes) and Xtradacals decals.
