P-2 Neptune photo NAS Memphis circa 1976

 These photo are from Carl Mottern while he was stationed at NAS Memphis.  P-2 photos are hard to come by. Enjoy.

P-47 size compared to all other WW2 fighters

 As we all know the P-47 was a beast in size to other fighters.  For it size the aircraft had a great combat record.   Now you can see the size difference.
